Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use the Services. If you use them on behalf of someone else, you confirm you’re authorized to accept these Terms for them.

You’re responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure. Provide accurate information and let us know promptly of any unauthorized use.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your own personal, non-commercial styling use, subject to these Terms.

You keep ownership of the content you add (photos, notes, boards, results — “Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, store, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the Services to you (for example, syncing it across your devices, generating styling results, and showing it to people you choose to share with). You’re responsible for Your Content and confirm you have the right to use it and that it doesn’t violate any law or third-party rights.

The Services provide AI-generated and editorial style suggestions for inspiration and entertainment. They are not professional, medical, or financial advice, and results (including color-analysis seasons and outfit recommendations) are not guaranteed. Use your own judgment; you’re responsible for your choices and purchases.

Some features may require a paid subscription. Prices, billing periods, and what each tier includes are shown at the point of purchase. Subscriptions are processed and billed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple’s terms; they renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends, and you can manage or cancel them in your App Store account settings. Except where required by law or Apple’s policies, payments are non-refundable. Paid AI features may include usage limits, which are described where the feature appears.

The Services may show stores and “shop this” links. When you buy through certain links, we may earn an affiliate commission at no extra cost to you. We don’t control third-party retailers and aren’t responsible for their products, prices, availability, or policies.

You agree not to:

• break the law or infringe anyone’s rights;
• upload content that is unlawful, harmful, harassing, or that you don’t have the right to share;
• misuse, overload, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services;
• use the Services to build a competing product or to scrape or resell data.

The Services — including the Fashion Featurette and Style Assist names, logos, design, quizzes, editorial content, and software — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. These Terms don’t give you any rights to our trademarks or content beyond using the Services as permitted.

You can stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Services. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as content licenses you’ve granted, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will survive.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don’t warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your expectations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US $50.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located there, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll revise the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, provide a more prominent notice. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
