Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need to give you a personal styling experience:

• Account information — when you sign up we collect your email or phone number and a display name, via our authentication provider (Google Firebase Authentication).
• Style profile — answers you give to quizzes and onboarding (e.g., age range, gender, body type, height, style preferences, inspiration sources, occasions, preferred stores, and budget) so we can personalize recommendations.
• Photos you choose to add — wardrobe item photos, outfit/journal photos, and (optionally) a photo for color analysis. Photos are stored in your private cloud storage and are visible only to you unless you explicitly choose to share them. Color-analysis photos are processed for the analysis and, by default, are not retained after the analysis completes.
• Content you create — saved outfits, style boards, tags, notes, and results, plus any messages you send through in-app friend features.
• Usage & device data — basic, privacy-respecting analytics about how the Services are used, plus diagnostic/crash data to keep things working.

• To provide and personalize styling features (quizzes, color analysis, the AI stylist, outfit suggestions, and theming).
• To operate your account, sync your data across your devices, and provide support.
• To improve the Services and fix problems.
• To process subscriptions and, where you choose to shop, to route affiliate links.
• To keep the Services secure and prevent abuse.

We do not sell your personal information.

Styling features (such as the AI stylist and outfit/photo analysis) send the relevant inputs — for example your style profile, your wardrobe item descriptions, and any photo you submit for analysis — to our AI provider, Anthropic, to generate a response. This data is processed to produce your result and is not used by us to train models. Style advice is generated by software for inspiration and is not professional, medical, or guaranteed advice.

Your profile, wardrobe, boards, and journal are private by default. Information is shared only when you choose to: connecting with a friend, sending an outfit for feedback, posting an outfit, or making a board public. Public or friend-shared content can be seen by the people you share it with. You control these choices and can change them at any time in your privacy settings.

We rely on a small number of trusted providers, each handling data only to operate the Services:

• Google Firebase — authentication, database, file storage, and hosting.
• Anthropic — AI processing for styling features.
• Google Maps/Places — to show nearby clothing stores when you use shopping features.
• App Store / payment processors — to handle subscriptions, if you purchase one.
• Affiliate networks — when you tap a “shop this” link, a partner may set a referral tag; we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.

• Access & update — view and edit your profile and content in the app at any time.
• Delete — delete individual items (photos, boards, journal entries) or your entire account; deleting removes your data from our active systems.
• Photo controls — adding photos is optional; color-analysis photos default to deletion after analysis.
• Privacy settings — control what (if anything) is shared with others.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights (such as under the GDPR or CCPA) to access, correct, delete, or port your data, or to object to certain processing. To exercise any right, contact us at privacy@fashionfeaturette.com.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, then delete or anonymize it. We use industry-standard safeguards (including access controls and encryption in transit) to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.

The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. We’ll revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide a more prominent notice. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated policy.
